Synergy has adopted Agile practices, pair programming, unit testing, and continuous integration as part of our development paradigm. An iterative, incremental approach has worked very well for most of the projects we have executed. As much as we are committed to Agile programming to reduce cost and time to deliver, we have executed products using classical methodologies like RUP/Waterfall, etc.

In the last few years, we have embraced Web 2.0. With the proliferation of Web 2.0 websites and its acceptance by mainstream developer community, we have been able to successfully leverage Web 2.0 into our application architectures.
